Archive
1. Ensure the management of General Directorate archive services in accordance with legislative principles.
2. Deliver and receive folders requested by Department Heads.
3. Safeguard folders and archive materials delivered to the unit archive in accordance with legislative and standard file plan requirements by relevant departments and in accordance with the standard file plan.
4. Transfer folders and boxes that have completed their storage period in the unit archive and are no longer in use or operational to the Institution Archive according to relevant legislative rules.
5. Notify the Department Heads of our General Directorate in writing to coordinate with the Support Services Department Head for the proper disposal or transfer to the Presidency State Archives Directorate of folders and other materials that have completed their storage period, are not in use, or are no longer operational.
Document
1. Manage the incoming and outgoing document services of the General Directorate.
2. Ensure the distribution of documents within the General Directorate that require distribution.
