-producing effective and fast solutions for planning and construction with target-oriented and project-based work,

-supporting local development and urban regeneration,

-preparing framework legislation on urban development and an institution that regulates the work of all actors providing services in this areas.

 

 

In order to improve the quality of life and ensure sustainable spatial development across the country, which also oversees the local conditions and needs, and for participants with an understanding of urban and rural development;

 

-determine the principles and procedures,

-set new standards

-guidance to local authorities

-make plans and ensure the implementation of these plans.
