Coastline Delineation Department
Responsibilities:

a) Reviewing proposals for coastline delineations prepared by Provincial Coastal Boundary Determination Commissions nationwide, ensuring necessary corrections are made and managing the processes for approval of proposals deemed appropriate by the Ministry.

b) Engaging in efforts aimed at completing coastline delineation across the country.

c) Managing activities related to the maintenance and updating of coastline delineations in digital format.

ç) Conducting explanatory and problem-solving tasks for queries and issues related to coastline delineation from institutions, organizations, and citizens.

d) Handling tasks and processes related to legal matters concerning coastline delineation.

e) Performing similar duties assigned by the Department Head. (Revised by Ministry Decree No. 5685678 dated 02.02.2023)
